*You agree to provide us with the correct information for all purchases including email and postal addresses and account information. Fabric Hoarders will never share your information with third parties.The information you give us is used only for the processing your orders.
*We recommend that all fabrics and trims be pre-washed prior to use. Please wash and dry your fabric how you plan on treating the finished garment. Fabric Hoarders takes no responsibility for shrinkage or colour runs on products that have not been pre-washed.
*If you believe you have received a faulty product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods.
*RETURNS- We endeavour to make sure our products are of high standard. Please take care when selecting your purchases as we do not accept returns or cancel orders for change of mind.
*We aim to pack orders within 24 hours so please be aware that we can usually not alter orders once you have gone through the checkout. If you have any queries please email us as soon as possible so we can rectify any problems.

*POSTAGE- We offer a $10 flat rate for shipping to all states and territories within Australia. Where possible we will send parcels in a tracked satchel. Fabric Hoarders does not accept any responsibility for lost or late parcels. Please contact us if you would like a quote for postal insurance, express post or local pick up.
